Is there a free trial?

A plan can include a free trial, with no card required: connect a MikroTik router, generate vouchers and take a real mobile money payment before you commit. The plan cards above show which plans have a trial and for how many days. You get one free trial per business, and only when you sign up.

What counts as a router?

Each MikroTik router you connect and keep active counts against your plan's router limit — one on Starter, three on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise. Wi-Fi units connected through a MikroTik router are not counted; only the routers connected to the platform are.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between Starter, Professional and Enterprise as your router count grows. Nothing is lost and nothing stops. The change takes effect on your next billing period.

How do I pay for my own subscription?

The same way your customers pay you: Tanzanian mobile money — M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money and HaloPesa — through the local payment companies we work with.

What happens if an invoice goes unpaid?

There is no grace period. A few days before your subscription ends, the renewal invoice opens and you can pay it; we remind you each day until it is paid. If it is still unpaid when the end date arrives, your staff can only open the subscription page until it is paid, and that is all. Your customers are never affected: they can still connect, pay and use their internet, because cutting off your customers over your own bill would punish people who owe nothing.

Am I charged the 3% on what I collect during the free trial?

No. When a trial converts, the first invoice is the plan's base for the period ahead with no 3% share, because charging a percentage of what you collect during the trial would not be a free trial.

On Starter, if you collect less than TZS 500,000 a month you pay only the flat TZS 15,000. Above that you pay 3%.

Every plan charges the same 3%. A bigger plan only allows more routers; it never lowers the percentage. The floor is billed at the start of the month, and any 3% above it is added to the next invoice. This is arithmetic from our published prices, not a forecast, and it leaves out any taxes that apply to you.

A quiet month costs you the floor. A busy one costs 3% — so the fee grows only when your revenue does.

The renewal invoice opens a few days before your subscription ends and is due on the end date. There is no grace period. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to you.
